Bring us one stalled project, or plug us in wherever you need us. Either way, you name the goal and the price.

• A partner. An operating partner plugged in wherever you need us, for as long as it earns its keep.

It starts with one call.

Tell us what needs to happen and what it's worth to you. We only take work if we believe it moves your P&L. If we can't, we'll say so, fast. Long-term engagements are earned, not proposed.

We're inside your business in week one. The work runs through your team, not around it, and the person who runs your day to day is on the first call.

What we expect from you.

• Access to the numbers, including the ones you'd rather not look at.
• Time each week. Not a lot, but real.
• Willingness to stop things.
• Honesty about what isn't working, including with us.

If you work with a coach.

Good. Keep them. We do what the two of you agreed. Your coach keeps the relationship; we take the project and carry it to done.
